Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of trippick.co (the "Service") operated by TripPick ("we", "our", "us"). They define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between you and us.

2. Definitions

1. "Service" means the AI-based travel recommendations, guides, and destination information provided by TripPick.
2. "User" means anyone who accesses or uses the Service.
3. "Affiliate Partner" means a third-party operator (Trip.com, Stay22, Klook, GetYourGuide, etc.) with which TripPick has an affiliate relationship.

3. Effect and Modification of Terms

1. These Terms become effective upon posting on the Service.
2. We may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days in advance, with the effective date and reason specified.
3. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of amendments constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you disagree, you may discontinue using the Service.

4. The Service

1. We provide:
   • Travel destination information and travel guide content
   • AI-based personalized travel recommendations using user-supplied taste, budget, and schedule
   • Comparison and routing to lodging, flight, and tour offers from Affiliate Partners
   • Other travel-related supporting features
2. The Service is intended to be available 24/7, but may be suspended for maintenance, system failures, or third-party outages.
3. Prices, schedules, and availability shown reflect partner data at the time of fetch and may differ from final booking conditions.

5. User Obligations

You may not:

1. Submit false information or impersonate others
2. Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Service content without authorization
3. Use automated tools (crawlers, bots) to access the Service abnormally
4. Disrupt operations or overload servers
5. Engage in any activity that violates law or public morals

6. Affiliate Partner Bookings

1. Bookings for lodging, flights, tours, and activities are completed through Affiliate Partner platforms. The contract is between you and the Affiliate Partner — TripPick is not a party to that contract.
2. We are not directly responsible for products, services, prices, or refund policies of Affiliate Partners. Their terms of service govern those relationships.
3. For booking modifications, cancellations, or refund requests, contact the Affiliate Partner with whom the booking was made.

7. Intellectual Property

1. All content within the Service (text, images, design, logos) is owned by TripPick or its licensors.
2. You may not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise exploit Service content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from TripPick.

8. Disclaimers

1. We are not liable for failures caused by acts of God, war, power outages, network outages, or third-party service disruptions.
2. We are not liable for service issues caused by user fault.
3. We make reasonable effort to verify the reliability and accuracy of information posted, but are not liable for losses arising from changes to third-party data (weather, exchange rates, prices).
4. We are not liable for expected revenue you do not realize through the Service or for disputes between users.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Disputes between you and TripPick relating to use of the Service may be brought before the courts having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
