Contact us
01 How does TripPick recommend destinations?
We analyze your age, interests, budget, timing, and climate preference against a worldwide travel dataset, then surface the 10 destinations that match best.
02 Will the recommendations change over time?
Yes. Live weather, FX rates, and seasonal data feed into every result, so the same survey answers can yield different cities depending on when you take the quiz.
03 Are flight and hotel prices live?
The daily budgets on the homepage are estimates. Flight and hotel prices come from booking partners (Trip.com, Stay22, etc.) at the moment you check, so they reflect real-time inventory.
04 Do I book directly on TripPick?
TripPick surfaces the best matches and hands the actual booking off to trusted partners. We don't process payments ourselves.
05 Is there any extra fee?
No. The service is free for travelers. We earn a small commission from partner bookings, which funds development — at no additional cost to you.
06 How are tours and activities ranked?
We prioritize activities based on traveler review volume, ratings, and popularity, then match them against your stated interests.
07 Do you cover visa requirements?
We flag visa needs per destination, but rules change. Always confirm with the official embassy or government source before booking.
08 What languages does TripPick support?
Korean and English are live today. Japanese and other languages are on the roadmap.
09 How is my data handled?
Survey responses are used only to generate your recommendations. We don't store identifying data or share it with third parties without your consent.
10 Can I see real cost breakdowns for each city?
Yes. Every city page has a Cost Guide section with budget, mid-range, and luxury daily breakdowns — accommodation, food, transport, and activities — refreshed regularly with live FX rates.
11 How accurate are the daily budgets?
We benchmark against on-the-ground reports + booking partner averages. Daily budgets are conservative estimates — your actual spend depends on travel style, season, and personal choices.
12 Do you have detailed itineraries?
Yes. Most major cities have 3-day, 5-day, and 7-day itineraries with hour-by-hour activity planning, restaurant picks, and transport tips. Click any city to see them.
13 Are family or honeymoon trips covered?
Yes. Each city's 'Best for' section flags family-friendly + honeymoon destinations. Hotel suggestions include 5-star romantic stays and family resorts where relevant.
14 Can I plan a multi-country trip?
TripPick currently optimizes single-destination planning. For multi-stop trips, we recommend using individual city pages + booking partner multi-city search.
15 Is there a mobile app?
Not yet — TripPick works fully on mobile browsers (iOS Safari + Android Chrome). Add to home screen for app-like experience. Native app on the roadmap.
