May is one of Warsaw's best months — warm, sunny days around 19°C/9°C (66°F/48°F), long daylight, and the city in full spring swing. It's deservedly popular. The headline is the start of the free open-air Chopin concerts in Łazienki Park, held every Sunday at noon and 4pm through September — a beloved tradition, free to attend with a blanket on the grass. The Vistula boulevards' summer life kicks off too. The early-May 'long weekend' (Labour Day on the 1st, Constitution Day on the 3rd) is a major Polish holiday period — expect domestic crowds and busier sights, with some closures on the holiday days. Weather is lovely but can bring showers, so pack a light layer and a folding umbrella. Prices are moderate, rising as summer nears. An excellent all-round month to visit.

June is warm, bright, and lively — around 22°C/12°C (72°F/54°F), with the longest days of the year and the city's outdoor life in full swing. A superb time to visit. Long daylight (sunset after 9pm near the solstice) stretches the sightseeing day. Corpus Christi (often in June) is a public holiday with religious processions; some shops close. Otherwise the weather is reliably pleasant, with occasional afternoon showers or thunderstorms. Prices rise into the summer high season, and sights are busier. Pack light clothing, a thin layer for evenings, a folding umbrella, and sun protection. One of the year's most rewarding months.

The Warsaw Autumn festival brings contemporary classical music to the city mid-month. Weather is comfortable, with warm afternoons and cool mornings and evenings. It's a fine time for both outdoor walking — the Vistula, the parks, Wilanów's gardens — and the major museums without peak queues. Pack a light jacket, layers, and a folding umbrella for the occasional shower. Prices and crowds ease from the summer high. An excellent all-round time to visit.
